Lustva is a private, AI-powered chat experience designed to support emotional expression, imagination, and connection in a safe environment.

Users engage in fictional, one-on-one conversations that allow them to explore thoughts, feelings, and scenarios in a way that’s personal, anonymous, and without real-world interactions. Lustva is not a dating app, live chat service, or social network.

• Purpose: entertainment, stress relief, creative role‑play, and social connection.

• Technology: Large‑language‑model back‑end with proprietary prompt‑engineering and memory system.

• Format: Private chat with an AI‑Powered Conversational Companion in  a secure web app.

2. Content & Moderation Policies

• All conversations are text‑only.

• Built‑in filters block sexually explicit content and requests, such as explicit language, graphics, or anything deemed inappropriate.

• We log and review flagged chats to ensure compliance with acceptable use policies and applicable laws.

• Users must confirm they are 21 years or older before accessing the service.

3. What Lustva is not:

4. How Access Works

1. The customer purchases a monthly subscription or a time‑limited license (e.g., 60 days) to use the web app.

2. After payment, their account gets instantly activated to a premium account.

3. They can create or select AI personas and start chatting immediately.

4. When the license expires, they may purchase a new access period.

5. Billing & Refunds

• Payments are processed as one‑time digital‑service invoice.
